This Diwali give your karanjis a chocolate coated twist. Children often get tired of eating the same old stuff. So try this different presentation of the simple old karanji. I am sure the kids will love it.
Make your karanjis the usual way. Just add a handful of chocolate chips in the filling along with the coconut, rawa and dryfruits.
Now melt a slab of cooking chocolate in the microwave and coat the top of every karanji. Garnish with coloured balls and Voila! you have something new to tempt your kids with!
